Wellbeing

The issue of children and young people’s mental health has received more publicity over the recent past than we ever recall seeing, and its about time we say. In the modern world there is a crisis yet little seems to be being done. We can provide a holisitic and realistic approach to creating a happier and calmer school.

We are committed to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. We provide expert knowledge to professionals, parents and young people through workshops, training and direct delivery to children through our trained facilitators. Without an experience of happiness and a sense of wellbeing in our lives it is difficult to thrive and to become the best we can be. Without good mental health, our ability to learn and take in new information can be significantly affected. When our mental health is nurtured and supported, we are better able to deal with what life presents us with, especially for young people at school, and to thrive in our choices. Avoiding life’s challenges completely isn’t possible, but developing the skills to deal with them effectively when they arise will help to guard against potentially catastrophic consequences.

We aim to improve the emotional resilience, mental health and happiness of children and young people throughout the UK by informing, influencing and actively engaging with children, young people, parents, policymakers and professionals.
